March 13th, 2015 @ 6:00 pm at the Stewart County Visitors Center.
Everyone is invited; it is an open meeting.
We want to create a Dream Team of Motivated Child Advocates.
We need to fill our governing board , create new committees & initiate new campaigns to increase awareness about child sexual abuse.
If you would like to attend our board meeting, Contact us with your email, let us know you want to attend and you will be added to our contact list.
Join us and help a child recover their childhood
We want 2015 to be a history-making year for Community Action.
There is a new non-profit organization rising up in Stewart County, be on the ground floor as this organization takes root an organization started my two of our own middle school students, one who graduated in 2014 and the other graduates in 2015
We want to provide a safe environment for children to share their thoughts and fears, empowering child victims of sexual abuse to lessen their feelings of isolation and increase their self-esteem while recovering their childhood.
This is a nonprofit public benefit group and is not organized for the private gain of any person. This nonprofit is a child advocacy organization that is working relentlessly to raise awareness about child sexual abuse. We want to educate and empower kids both locally and nationally with ways to break the silence of child sexual abuse. We will carry out this mission by going into the schools and organizing community events, providing resources which will provide an outlet for kids to come forward and feel safe.
We as a community have a responsibility to protect our children.
For these reasons and more, you should make your plans to attend the first Kids Protecting Kids meeting.
The Kid's Protecting Kid's board, staff and I guarantee that the time you invest in our meeting on March 5th 2015 at 6:00 pm at the Stewart County Visitor Center; will pay off for you and for the children in Stewart County who it will help.

Learn the key issues facing abused and neglected children, and what we an do to help.
All children are born into a promise that the adults in their lives would take care of them. Unfortunately, that promise all too often gets broken and the only recourse these children have is a Child Protection System and Juvenile Justice System that certainly could use more help.
It is truly critical for adults from all corners of our society to speak out on behalf of children, especially children without someone who cares about them and their futures
